Parker Autoclave's Engineers Core Removal / Cleaning System utilizes high pressure/temperature caustic solutions to remove cores, or to clean deposits from turbine blade or other intricate surfaces. The automated programmable control system, mechanical agitation, and "burping" process make this a versatile unit for many applications. A variety of vessel construction materials are available to resist most caustic solutions.

  • Operating Pressures to 500 psi (35 bar) with higher pressures available upon request

  • Sizes to 125 gallons (473 Liters)

  • Quick opening closures

  • Cover handling with rotation

  • Vessels are fitted with internal or external electric heaters and thermally insulated

  • Systems come complete with vessel, stand, controls, and product basket

  • Vessels constructed with Stainless Steel, nickel, INCONEL®, or other materials available.

  • Touch Screen control with PC based data acquisition

  • ASME CE, TUV or other applicable code stamps are available

A Core Removal System with an Interrupted Lug Closure is a quick opening vessel available with the ASME Code Stamp. Custom sizes and materials of construction can be ordered, and basket agitation which improves processing time, is available if required.
